Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IemporiumLLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer support team. Due to the nature of TCG products, only product that has not been opened or tampered with may be returned for an exchange or refund. Any product that has had its seal broken or tampered with may not be returned or exchanged and are FINAL SALE ONLY. If accepted, refunds will be issued to original form of payment within 3-5 days of return of product.
Exchanges
In the event your order arrives damaged, you may contact customer support to initiate an exchange. The product must been in its original seal and not tampered with to qualify. Any product that has been opened or tampered with may NOT be exchanged.
